A Calabrian original, spreadable pork salumi. Made from heritage pork and roasted hot and sweet peppers. Placed into a beef bung, hand-tied, fermented, and hung to dry for 6 to 8 weeks.
Best served on Toast, eggs, pasta, pizza, and grilled cheese sandwiches.
