An Abruzzo (a region in Italy just east of Rome) original, our Spicy Abruzzese is traditionally made using equal parts of lean pork meat from the leg and firm fat from the belly and jowl. Coarse ground and seasoned with garlic, red chili, sea salt and cracked tellicherry black pepper.
