If you're interested in getting a whole or half pig this harvest, look no further. Our pasture-raised heritage pigs is the right choice for you. This deposit reserves one pig for you to have processed. When you're ready we'll need to get:
- Your butchering instructions
- When it comes time for harvest we'll reach out with the sizes we have ready for butchering and you pick the one you'd like to go with.
- The way you're charged is $7/lbs ("hanging weight") which goes to our farm this also includes delivery and 3 months of storage of your pig.
- You'll also be responsible for the butcher bill which is priced based on your custom butchering.
